Louisiana Sheriff Is Here To Help With Crime Prevention

This month is Crime Prevention Month and fortunately there is a good local authority that wants to get involved. The Caddo Parish sheriff's department in Louisiana will be having many events to advocate the use of safety measures as well as inform the public about general crime prevention and safety awareness.
On Thursday, October 4th deputies are taking it to the streets to get in touch with the public about this awareness. They will be supplying information about robbery prevention to help inform businesses in the suburban areas. Although crime prevention is a necessity within the city limits, it is also something that should be taken seriously in the suburbs as well.
Steve Prator, local Sheriff, hopes to properly inform these businesses on how to take correct safety measures and keep their customers out of harms way during this upcoming holiday season.
Other business owners and retailers around the globe should also stay aware of the potential crime that can happen in their neighborhoods. The best way to help with crime prevention is to get involved locally and try to hold events such as these to help promote safety awareness.
