Do we have Free Crime Prevention?

Is there such a thing for free crime prevention? In my books, there is not really one because to have something will cost you something. Thus, I hardly think there is unless you win the raffle and they give you this anti crime theft gift. Still, it cost those people money to get that stuff so you could win it.

However, you may say that neighborhood watch is a volunteer thing but it also costs you something. The cost would be using your time to plug a certain number of hours watching the neighborhood. Sorry, but there is no such thing as free crime prevention.
